It's been a busy day. This morning JK took JT to the zoo, and this afternoon we went to his friend N's first birthday party. N just loved the ice cream cake, but JT was too busy playing to try any. He did like the multigrain pancakes we had this morning. We usually have Bisquick, but today we tried the Trader Joe's brand, used less oil than called for and added a banana and some cinnamon. Maybe we have a new pancake mix! (Yes, I *could* make them from scratch, but Sunday mornings are for ease and enjoyment, and even JK will whip these up these sometimes.)
