The cake turned out pretty tasty. I had a moment of panic when 2 minutes after I put the meringue layers in the oven the power went out. But it came back on a few minutes later, and any humidity in the air disappeared so that the layers were crisp. The recipe was fairly easy - egg whites, sugar and corn starch along with grated chocolate made into 3 layers of meringue, melted chocolate, fresh raspberries, and our standard whipped cream "healthed" up a bit with some yogurt.
