Merry Christmas, a little late

Hope you enjoyed and are enjoying the holidays. We were busy perparing for our company, finishing up the semester, and doing various holiday activities and we are enjoying both the holidays and the company!

My parents came in to help celebrate and we opened the stockings and a few presents Christmas day. Christmas Eve we went to a church in North Park for the candle light service.

Sammy got a tool bench!

We shared our experience with sisters far away.

Late that evening the Siqimos arrived. And Monday we had another round of presents.

Mr. Burli made an amazing smoked salmon on the grill. He first soaked it in rum and then made a sugar/salt cure for it.

The next day was Sea World. Shamu splashed a lot. The dolphins jumped high. The polar bears got a treat. Tiny slept through the Polar Express 4-D. The 'snow' experience was fun - especially on a nice sunny day.

Grandpa helped with the chickens.

And after the Siqimos left, grandpa had a birthday cake!
