Denver is a beautiful city and the mountains were gorgeous. I would love to go back and do some actual hiking, weather permitting. (The weather was amazing, but snowy skies don't allow good pictures of the mountains.)
And the food was great! This was an awesome pizza with eggs on it. Something to try at home, but without the wood-fired pizza oven, it might not be quite the same.

all great pics, but that last one ...
if you heat the oven to 500 with a pizza stone inside and then slide the pizza on the stone to cook and mist gently with water and ... yeah, it's hard to recreate that kind of pie without an oven. maybe in the courtyard?
