Then the work. We were just supposed to drop off a beautiful plexi-glass easel that looks like the one in the link, but lovingly made by hand. (The school had one but the plexi-glass was damaged and the whole thing was just beyond repair.) Instead, we ended up staying for hours as I searched in the kitchen for JK's lost keys . He had tried to do me a favor on Wednesday and drop JT off, but instead in the chaos of arriving and taking the carseat in (since we have only one) and teachers pestering him to fix the clogged sink, he misplaced his keys, so I had to go bring the spares. He did unclog the sink at some point, too. However, this maintenance job is thankless! I take that back - the co-op parents have been very nice to us. So today we also hung up a white board for the teachers, volunteers, and co-ops to sign in every morning so anyone coming in can know in a glance which teachers and parents are on-duty versus just visiting/dropping things off/whatever. And then JK decided to clean out the shed. On the right are the emergency bottles of water.
But no keys were found.
Not a real exciting day, but there you go.

Did JK make the easel? It sounds very neat. Can you take some pictures of it in action? And then of course the finished product ...
Maybe some little person took the keys home in a pocket or bag? It would take a long time to go thru all the toys and cubby spaces and outdoors there! Maybe the children can play Needle in the Haystack or Keys in the School? Hopefully, they will turn up so you don't have to wonder.
The easel is interesting; is it both transparent and reflective?
