hmm. spammed comments now. ok. well i was just going to say "eew gross - fried avocados" and mention that i saw a recipe for avocado ice cream (j will not let me make it; i can only make ice cream flavored with food i actually eat, so we had basil ice cream - very good, if the cook says so herself).
Hmm, basil ice cream. Do you have an ice cream maker? Ours kicked the bucket. It was mostly good for margharitas, anyways, the ice cream never came out quite right. And you don't eat avocados? They are kind of slimy, I guess. Guacamole?
Nice idea with this site its better than most of the rubbish I come across.
