Baby Moses

Well, according to one website I looked at briefly while avoiding writing a lecture for my class (a-hem), your toddler "might also be able to balance on one foot for a couple of seconds or identify one colour." Huh? OR? Either your kid is balancing a lot or likes only one color. Hmm.
When we went to visit JK's friend (a couple months older) on Thursday, he demonstrated his balancing talents. He can already ride a Razor scooter. Wow! He is quite talented in the balance and no-fear areas. (He also put on his elbow and knee pads and helmet with no fuss.)
JK is a little sillier. Must get it from his dad, since here they are playing "Baby Moses" - which JT likes to call "Baby Jesus."

And in case you are wondering where our spider friend (now named Bob) lives, here is his home on our back porch - the little flowerpot chimes that JK made. Lovely. We check on him during the day just to make sure he hasn't decided to come out and attack us.

It's good to know where to look for sleeping spiders!
Julian does seem to enjoy his Baby Moses in the river basket or Baby Jesus in the manger--you might find a song to go with it!
And JK is enjoying himself, while -ahem- is that a work computer in the background?
XXOXO Love you all, gma

I like the matching orange shirts!

We had a spider friend in the old house. It lived in Lucas's shower (that we never used). It was a sad day when we had to rinse him down for the open house.
