More Swiss Days 2013!

Have we already been home almost 2 weeks? Those were 2 trying weeks. The boys had swim lessons everyday and then I had to field the usual requests for screen time and try to implement chores, etc. all in a state of sleep deprivation. JT also got his braces, but, surprise!, the orthodontist decided to give him "removable braces" (i.e. an expander you remove, like a retainer). He hasn't managed to lose it yet. We'll see. Meanwhile, I am attempting to get ready for class or rather attempting to think about how to get ready for class. And reminiscing about our trip...

Food cooked over a fire.

Food cooked on the grill.

Food growing in the garden.

Gummy pigs. Food?

More Swiss food.

Baby with a flower in his hair. (Because the other baby was wearing one, too.)

Ice cream.

Fishing! (Not food.)

Smoked chicken. (Very delicious food.)

Great-grandma being entertained.

Watching the fireworks.

The clocktower.

Quilt show.

The kids got to ride in this beautiful garbage truck! (Why can't ours be painted such a nice color?)

Cute, tiny baby. (T: Please let me know if you would like me to remove the picture.)

Grandmas. Small and big babies.

Roses.

Great pictures (including the one of my girl)! It was great to see you all for Swiss Days. Hopefully, we'll be able to visit again before four more years go by.

Great pictures! Looks like we missed out. Tell us more about JT's braces. Are they like invisalign? I have invisalign now. Will he keep the same one for this whole phase or?
