Trying to squeeze one special thing per day in is not always easy. JT opens one envelope a day on his advent calendar, and man is he disappointed if it only says, "Buy some snacks at the grocery store." A couple days ago we went to the tide pools. Sammy licked rocks.
(It had rained a few days before - climbing the cliff = not a good idea.)

I don't think Sammy liked the taste of rocks and sand. The expression says it all.
The gingerbread house looks great. That's something we never did at this house.
